Orders ship within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri), unless a product page states otherwise (e.g., pre-orders or made-to-order items).

You’ll receive a tracking email when your order departs.

Processing times exclude carrier transit time and holidays.
Handmade / Sculptural Tech
Select made-to-order or limited, handmade pieces may require additional lead time. Any extended timelines will be listed on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS and typically arrives in 3–7 business days once shipped.

Expedited options (when available) are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect/incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia (more locations coming).

Transit estimates vary by destination and service. Tracking updates may lag while parcels are in customs.

Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

B.A.C cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.
Shipping Issues & Insurance

Once a parcel is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We’ll always help you investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel shows Delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier first, then email us so we can assist with a trace.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be resent once the reshipment postage is paid.
Order Changes & Cancellation

Need to change or cancel an order? Email info@brittanyannecohen.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to catch it before it ships, but we can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

If your cart contains pre-order or made-to-order pieces, your order may ship once all items are ready.
