Jewelry

For jewelry you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Email 📧 info@brittanyannecohen.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

• We will reply with detailed return shipping instructions.

• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective/damaged).

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sculptural Tech

Due to the artistic nature of these works, all Sculptural Tech pieces are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

All items are covered by a 60-day guarantee against defects in craftsmanship. If your order arrives defective or damaged, or if a defect appears within 60 days, we will repair, replace, or refund your item.

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A short description of the problem

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm the return or defect.
